Beautiful 4 Bed 2 Bath with fabulous pool area, stunning interior that can be separated into two accommodations. It has 360-degree views and so much more.

First of all, the location and access, both are perfect, the house is equidistant from Sax and Salinas which mean you have the choice of two sets of restaurants, bars, cafes and amenities. Tarmac roads take you to within yards of the house.

From the gates looking towards the house is a long driveway, on either side of the driveway are trees and well-kept greenery. Arriving into the traditional courtyard in front of the house is a bit breathtaking because you pass, on your left, a quite amazing pool area with loads of terrace space and changing rooms. It is both a party area and a tranquil sunbathing retreat.

Within the grounds are a number of outhouses all in tip-top condition and being used as sheds and storage but there is potential for even more accommodation if you feel the need. The land is so well thought out with the house area within perhaps 1,000m2, all fenced or walled, and then the majority of the land sectioned off behind the house but with gates for a tractor entrance.

There are two entrances to the front of the house; one is through a huge patio door into a massive conservatory which is currently furnished as a beautiful dining room. The other entrance takes you into an L-shaped kitchen which is surprisingly large for a traditional Spanish home.

All four bedrooms are in the same walk-in condition as the rest of the house, one bedroom is currently being used for storage, not that there aren't more than enough storage areas in the outbuildings. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the guest bathroom is large and lovely.

The sumptuous lounge/diner is massive and the room is so light and airy just like the conservatory, in fact, there is a combination of traditional Spanish and English style that is quite contemporary and works to perfection.

We are currently in negotiations with the Spanish Tourist Office in Alicante with regard to licensing for AIrBnB and straightforward rental.If you were to split the house into two 2 Bedroomed houses each with a bathroom and lounge/diner and kitchen, all that would be necessary is a holiday style corner kitchen adding and one door. Were you to rent out either of these you can expect around 1,000€ per week in the very high season and maybe half of that in the low season. 

The house has air conditioning and gas central heating.
