About this Country House
This very spacious country house is built over two floors in a traditional Spanish style. It would be ideal as a B&B or Airbnb. It needs modernisation throughout, but this ios reflected in the price.
This is huge house is located on the outskirts of Sax and only 30 minutes from Alicante airport. The access is first class, there are actually three ways of getting there and all are via tarmac roads.
The house is a traditional Spanish country house, built for large Spanish families to enjoy spending time together at weekends and throughout the summer. Also, on the ground floor is a bar, naturally, a huge log burning fireplace and a walk-in pantry.
The ground floor has an enormous lounge/diner/kitchen, the majority of the cooking has been done outside on the BBQ. There is a bathroom as well.
There is no integral staircase so the eight bedrooms are accessed by external stairs. There are 8 bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms are of a good size and have great views.
In keeping with the size of the house, there is a massive covered terrace offering shade and alfresco dining opportunities and a garage at one end.
The grounds are where the majority of the time is spent. A host of pine trees give the appearance of a National Park. There are two kennels, an 8x4 swimming pool and a BBQ.
