This is a stunning family home situated in Sax town, which is probably one of the best places to live in Spain due to the incredible infrastructure and it is a Spanish inland town that can be reached with great public transport and only 35 minutes from Alicante Airport and the beach.
The house is just beautiful and in absolute walk-in condition with plenty of outside space and the previously mentioned breath-taking views, including outstanding views of the castle.
The bedrooms are on the second floor and the third floor is a fabulous entertaining area or is ready for more accommodation to be fit in., with direct access to the large upper terrace.
How does it pay for itself?
Good question and the answer is fairly easily as I have rarely seen a property that screams Airbnb like this one. For a start it is in the cultural heart of the town right underneath the 13th century castle and with stunning views which means that a Tourist Licensed is a formality and you can then use the two top advertising portals Airbnb and Booking.com safely.
The ground floor has enough space to make it into a one-bedroom self-contained apartment, also the top floor, the third, has the same possibilities which means that you can offer a 4 Bed accommodation with a terrace and similar properties are achieving up to 125€ per night plus a cleaning fee. I would suggest that 100€ a night would be the starting point and with good marketing you can easily see how the numbers add up, a mere 20% occupancy in the first year whilst the business is growing would bring in around 7,000€.
It is rare that properties in this area have parking but in this case, there are four parking spaces opposite the house and 50 yards away there is space for at least a dozen cars in San Blas Plaza.
It has to be seen to be appreciated fully. The owner has reduced the price from 130,000€ to just under 100,000€ in order to attract buyers and a quick sale.
