This traditional country house is located in La Romaneta which is a small village just outside La Romana, a small town of around 2,500 people where you will find all of your amenities including shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a sports centre, etc. La Romana has its own fiestas during summer as well which is very popular.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen (low ceiling), 1 dining room and a big storage room which could be converted into more living space. The house was originally built in the 1800s and still retains a lot of the traditional features with exposed wooden beams and thick stone walls but has been slightly renovated through the years.
To the rear of the property is a small 100 m2 garden with a seating area and perfect for a BBQ.
