About this Town House
This town house is located in the beautiful village of Chinorlet, one of the neighbouring villages of Pinoso. Chinorlet is an old village with a couple of bar / restaurants and a corner shop for daily necessities. Pinoso is around 10 minutes drive away from Chinorlet and there you will find all of your amenities including, supermarkets, sports centers, medical center, etc.
The house is located in the main square of the village and sits on a plot of 377 m2. The house itself would probably need to be taken down as it is quite old and hasnt been lived in for many years. The second floor is in very bad condition. In reality you are paying for a great plot of urban land in the center of Chinorlet.
Mains water and electric is available it just needs to be connected and the plot is connected to 2 streets.
