This huge bodega was planned to be a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom country house but for personal reasons couldn't come to fruition. The property needs a lot of work and is by all means a project property, the builder of the house believes it would require an additional 50,000€ in order to build a new roof and finish the interior to make it liveable.
