About this Town House

A very tastefully reformed townhouse in the cultural heart of Sax and as close as you can get to the iconic 13th Century Castle.

One important note is that there is no car access to the road that the house is located on but there is parking within 70 metres and that house can be approached by steps (32) most directly or by a gentle slope.

There are two ways to consider this beautiful townhouse, one is as a family home and the other as a marvellous opportunity for an Airbnb operation as the granting of a tourist license would be a formality and the location means that there is so much to do within walking distance and Sax is such a great base for a holiday, added to which with Sax being so successful as the home of blinds and canopies there is a real opportunity to attract business people coming for meetings. The hotel in Sax is almost permanently fully booked and charges 82€ per night. Bearing in mind that each bedroom in the townhouse has a bathroom and that one bedroom and bathroom are downstairs there is potential to rent out the upstairs only or the whole house.

So, onto the house itself, the lounge/diner is a lovely long room with air conditioning for both warm and cool air and a cosy television area. The kitchen is fitted out superbly with modern units and there is enough space for a breakfast table and a door out to a “smoking area” and steps up to the terrace. The double bedroom is in the old cave house part and there is a big bathroom on the same level.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms and two superbly fitted bathrooms. The main bedroom has an exterior door leading out onto the terrace with extraordinary views and a wonderful place to eat out and to put a BBQ.
