Beautiful and spacious apartment on the outskirts of Pinoso. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is very spacious with 135 m2 of floor space. It consists of a hall with fitted wardrobe, spacious living room with south-facing balcony, spacious kitchen with appliances, utility room with connection for washing machine, 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and south-facing balcony and fitted wardrobe. Of the other 2 bedrooms, 1 also has a built-in wardrobe and there is an additional 2nd bathroom (with bath). Windows with screens on the outside and of course fixed electricity and water connections.
The complex has an elevator, a communal swimming pool (with deep and shallow part) and a large roof terrace. There is a closed underground parking garage with its own parking space and a storage room in the parking garage. The beautiful and lively Pinoso is located inland and about 45 minutes from Alicante and the white beaches of the Costa Blanca and also close to Murcia.
Pinoso has almost 8000 inhabitants, also known as EL PINOS and named after the spruce trees that you see on the mountains and hills.
Pinoso represents the real Spanish life, no traffic lights, little traffic just the sounds of tractors of grape pickers in the vineyards and who then take the grapes to different bodegas.
The fields are planted with grapes, almond trees and olive trees. In February the fields turn pink and white from the beautiful blossoms.
Pinoso has several bars, restaurants and shops, a new 24-hour medical centre, many dentists, 2 primary schools, a secondary school and a theatre. A beautiful sports complex with outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, football field, gymnasium and even a library.
Also a cozy park for a picnic under the spruce trees with free use of fresh and cool spring water, bbq and seating.
The neighboring towns of Elda, Elche, Jumilla and Yecla are known for making wine and leather products, including many shoes.
The two main airports, Alicante and Murcia, are both +/- 45 minutes drive. For golf enthusiasts you will find a beautiful golf course 40 minutes from Pinoso.
