This delightful eco-house is located just a 5 minute drive from the affluent town of Pinoso and at the base of the Sierra del Carche regional park. The house is made of wooden logs and has a lovely wrap around porch with views over the countryside. The ceilings are vaulted and give a good sense of space, there is an open plan lounge, dining room which is separated from the kitchen breakfast room by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a door to the terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, the master is en suite and a family bathroom.
The land is walled and fenced and there is an 8m x 5m swimming pool, the gardens are a little overgrown at the moment but there is a pond and some hard landscaping. Permission is in place for the connection of mains water at a cost of 3,000€. There is no electric supply at the moment but the owners are in negotiation with a local company for connection which has been quoted at 4,300€, alternatively a full solar system would cost around 10,000€.
