I am always hesitant to add "walking distance to town" to a house as it is used far too often for properties that are well outside what I would call walking distance. This house is a 20-minute walk and no more to one of Sax´s best restaurant/bars, La Brasserie but to the shops would be another ten minutes. 

The land measures 7,000m2 just short of two acres and is fully fenced so perfectly safe for dogs to run around and have the time of their lives. There are mainly mature olive trees but also some fruit. The views from the land and the house are stunning. Within the land is a BBQ area, a small swimming pool, a small children´s splash area and a wood store along with naturally shaded areas for outside dining and relaxing.
