A fantastic Country House in El Virgen De Las Virtudes.
El Virgen De Las Virtudes is a lovely traditional Spanish village five minutes from the Castle town of Villena and 45 minutes to Alicante Airport. It is an area very popular with tourists as there are cycle paths, trails and trekking options all around along with three bar restaurants within walking distance.
The house has been built to the highest quality and with a vault so that it keeps cool in summer and warm in winter.
This is a big house with a staggering 254m2 of build on a plot of just under 7,000m2. There are four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all of them with ceiling fans and the master has an en-suite bathroom.
All the interior rooms are spacious as you would imagine, a long hallway leads to the kitchen and large lounge/diner with a feature fireplace.
There is a long covered terrace at the front of the house that offers shade for those hot summer days and plenty of outdoor dining opportunities.
Outside there is a kennels area for housing at least six dogs, a large workshop and a massive garage. Also there is a children’s playground area.
This property lends itself towards Bed & Breakfast as the campsite in the village is often fully booked and there a couple of other properties advertising on Air BnB and doing very well at around 45€ per night.
A swimming pool can be added to the property although due to land restrictions this may have to be an “above ground” type. All in all at the price this is an incredible opportunity.
