About this Villa

This wonderful villa is very close to the town of Pinoso.  It has beautiful town and country views. 

The entrance is via a double glazed PVC door into the sunny conservatory lounge of 24 m2 with a glass curtain giving panoramic views over Pinoso to the mountains beyond. To the left of lounge is a storage facility and a cloakroom.  

The lounge is 24 m2 and has a eco friendly pellet burner which also provides central heating and hot water.  The kitchen is off the lounge and is fully fitted with lower and upper units, dish washer, fridge freezer and built in oven and microwave.  Through a short passage is a broom cupboard with hot water boiler and loft access. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. 

There are 2 double bedrooms in the main house, the master bedroom has a built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a large shower, bidet and heated towel rail.

The property is built to a very high standard. The house has mains electric and agricultural water, with an emergency back up water supply.  There is an osmosis system to provide filtered drinking water.  The central heating is from the eco pellet burner in the lounge.  The ceilings and walls are extremely well insulated. Security bars are fitted to all the windows and the security bars for the front door slides into the wall cavity.  

Outside, the whole of the fenced and gated gardens are gravelled and there are some flower borders and a raised vegetable garden with a 6m x 2m green house attached to the workshop.  There is also an unplanted field to the rear which is regularly plowed and a double car port. The purchase of the owner´s tractors is also negotiable.

The 7m x 4m pool has a filter system and autofil.  There is a very large terrace and a BBQ area with hot and cold water supply and a retractable canopy.  A pergola with a retractable roof and rear panel will offer shade on a hot day and there is an outdoor hot and cold shower.  There is a very large garage with a sliding door and storage area for wood pellets.  Through a heavy steel door is a secure workshop with barred windows and insulated roof, log burner and multiple electrical sockets.

Through a pair of saloon swing doors is the laundry and to the right is a toilet with sink.  There is plumbing for a washing machine and a gas boiler for the 3rd bedroom.  There is a store room with pool controls which could be used as a changing room.  The annexed bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
