About this Villa
This villa has a unique architectural design which has managed to merge total privacy and security with a contemporary luxurious lifestyle. There is simply nothing missing and everything is wonderful.
Remote control gates open to give you access to a fabulous driveway and then a glimpse of the imposing front of the house that gives you a sense of what is to come.
Once inside the house it's hard to catch your breath, quite honestly I stood still and tried to take it all in for about 30 seconds before starting to make notes.
It's all about living space inside and out, maybe with a slight bias to the exterior but I´m not sure. The hallway has a glass patio area to the immediate left then another hallway takes you to the three double bedrooms, the master with en-suite bathroom of course. All the shutters for all the rooms are remote controlled and there is air conditioning and central heating throughout the house.
The kitchen is fitted beautifully and has space for a dining table. Back into the hallway and off to the right is the most sumptuous lounge/diner, it´s huge and full of light and views, every room has views and what views.
If you choose to leave the hallway straight ahead then patio doors take you to the most impressive patio area and the stunning pool area with beautiful gardens. A very big BBQ house is the other side of the pool and behind that are kennels and an outbuilding that is being used for storage.
The views from inside and out are as good as any I have seen, in fact, we live about 500 metres away and we thought our views were special.
There are two fenced off areas. One for the land full of almond trees and another inside that which fences off about 2,000m2 around the house.
It's impossible to list all the features and the photographs hardly do it justice. If you have the money and choose to view be prepared to buy because I can't imagine anyone seeing it and not doing so.
