This wonderful Country House and retreat has the perfect surroundings and could be set up for a business without too much work. It is ideal for a yoga studio or health centre.
The house is a lovely tradtional Spanish home which has been tastefully restored over the years. On entering the property you step into a large living room with beamed ceilings. The living room benefits from a log burner. Large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for a dining table. There is a snug area to the back of the house that is in the cave part, this area also has a pellet stove so the property is lovely and snug in the winter. Large family bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms - The master suite has a small ensuite shower room.
There is another house that has been converted into 3 seperate apartments - La Bodega - La Cueva - La Casita. each apartment has a bathroom and small kitchen area. There is a great space for a studio to be used for art, yoga or gym.
The house is built into the side of La Cabeza mountain, you have complete privacy from overlooking neighbours. There are some great mountain walks right on your doorstep.
