This beautiful farmhouse is located just 10 minutes from the prosperous town of Pinoso. Here you will find all of your amenities including supermarkets, shops, bar restaurants, schools, etc. The village of Torre del Rico is 5 minutes by car. The views from the villa are spectacular!
The garden is beautifully maintained with landscaped and terraced garden areas and an abundance of mature plants and trees. A driveway leads to the farm house and then around to the gate again.

Little remains of the original building, but when it was rebuilt some of the original features were reused and 2 of the original thick walls remain in the lounge. On the ground floor of the farmhouse is the double integral garage.
