Rent to Buy Details:- 6,000€ Deposit then 400€ per month for three years. All deposits and rental payments are deducted from the buying price so the balance is 79,600€ at which time you would take over the mortgage and carry on paying 400€ per month for 20 years.
We have three of the same build each one having 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is downstairs for the elderly perhaps but this can be a dining room instead.

The lovely public park in Salinas is three minutes walk away where this is a fabulous paella restaurant and the public swimming baths are five minutes walk away.
The main square in the town has a pharmacy and banks, however Carrefour supermarket is a ten minute drive away and the Shopping Mall at Bassa Del Moro is the same distance where there are cinemas showing films in English with Spanish subtitles.
