Sax is a fabulous city, far enough inland to be truly inland and traditional, but only 30-35 minutes from Alicante airport, the city and the beaches. It is very easy to live here without a car, as there are buses and trains, and the high-speed rail connection to Madrid is only ten minutes away by taxi.
For investors, Sax is a prosperous city with very little unemployment due to the three large factories close to the highway that employ thousands of people. Many factory workers come from 50-60 kilometers away and, in general, Spaniards do not travel and prefer to share a rented apartment to live from Monday to Friday, returning with their families every weekend. The apartment would run between 275 and 325 per month. We have a list of potential tenants and the apartments are in demand. The apartment is ready to rent and you do not need to do anything other than take a trip to IKEA or a local furniture supplier.
