3 Bed 2 Bath Country House in Monovar with Beautiful Pool, Guest House, Kennels, Bodega, Garage, Gardens, Land and more all for 129,995€

Occasionally we come across houses that seem to go on forever, this just happens to be one of those. Tucked away on a decent road only a minute or two from the main road into the lovely Spanish town of Monovar is this quite incredible house.
 
Where to begin? Well, let´s start at the entrance gates which open up to a private 3,000m2 piece of land with what looks to be a straightforward house, but this is not the case as a surprise after surprise awaits.
 
There is a large terrace area offering plenty of shade and loads of space for outside eating. Entering the house there is a large and long lounge/diner with a feature fireplace and lots of light. Just off here is an open ended galley kitchen and then a hallway from which there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Returning to the terrace and walking around to the far side of the house and we discover a beautiful swimming pool area with a raised pool and a massive terrace with loads of room for dining and sunbathing and partying. The views are superb from the pool terrace and you can see across some of the land that is flat and has a host of pine trees for natural shade and even more exterior dining opportunities as well as a small children´s playground.

Below the pool and terrace is a big guest house that is currently being used as a massive den for the grandchildren. The area needs a bit of work to make it into a self-contained guest house but really minimal as there is a kitchen, a pretty large kitchen already in there.

Next is a large garage that can be converted into further accommodation if necessary and then a series of outbuildings including a bathroom, kennels and at least two storerooms. 

The house has mains electricity and water, both agricultural and drinking water and the irrigation system is set up. The annual rates area round 200€, yes per year!

This is something quite out of the ordinary as you will see from the photographs but they hardly do justice to the size of the place. There are so many options, one being a fabulous AirBnB place as the location is first class and the access is great. Book a viewing as I can´t see it being around for long.
