What a location, 8 minutes’ drive to Carrefour Supermarket, Basa Del Moro Shopping Mall, Restaurants and Cinemas showing Movies in English yet with stunning mountain views. All this and just 30 minutes from Alicante Airport and 2-3 minutes more to the nearest beach at LÁltet 

Originally on the market for 150,000€ which was great value the owners have reduced it by 10,000€ in order that the Guest House can be converted to a superb self-contained apartment and will be perfect for visiting guests or for an Airbnb operation that would undoubtedly have clients returning again and again. The average income for a self-contained apartment at a country house with a private pool is between 50-60€ per night. There is a big demand for this kind of thing especially from people who are in the area looking to buy their Spanish dream home and need weekend and weekly accommodation.

We think that the owners have been very generous with their discount as a local, trusted builder has given us a ballpark figure of 5,000€ to finish the guest house to a high quality. 

First off, the access is excellent with asphalt all the way to a double gated entrance and driveway. There are pretty garden areas at the front of the house as you drive up to it. 

The quality of the build is one of the first things you notice and then just how big the house is as it carries on behind into the land. You can enter from the front or rear but from the front, you walk into a beautiful conservatory style lounge/diner complete with a feature log burning stove and exposed chimney. This is a superb open space which is immediately comfortable and there are great views through the massive windows. 

An archway takes you through to a light and airy kitchen/diner which fully fitted and nothing like a typical small Spanish kitchen. Plenty of room to have your meals in there but really who cares as there are a number of exterior opportunities for dining especially the stone furniture under the pagoda and close to the BBQ house. 

The lounge/diner is a really lovely and comfortable area, again there is lots of natural light and great views. The bedrooms are all of a good size but the main bedroom is fabulous with doors opening to the rear patio and swimming pool. The guest WC has room for a shower to be fitted.

It is evident from the photos how much care and attention has been given to the house, the garden areas are beautiful and low maintenance
