Every now and again our breath is taken away by a property that is just stunning and this is one of those occasions. I have never seen a townhouse quite like it. Rather than write a description I should write a thesis. I will be as brief as possible and allow the photos and the video to blow you away.
Originally this property was three houses and it is located one minute from the plaza at San Blas the patron saint of the town of Sax and near to the iconic 13th century Sax castle as well as the beautiful church of San Blas. Not only is it the one place in the cultural heart of the town that has parking but it has its own garage and workshop.
The owners have totally transformed the three properties into one huge townhouse with a downstairs living area including a double bedroom and a bathroom but also an upstairs with four double bedrooms and a bathroom and toilet. There are a total of four separate terraces affording the most amazing views of the town and right across to the three mountain ranges of the Vinalopo valley. The garage fits an SUV with ease and the workshop is one whole floor of one of the converted houses and there are numerous storage areas. The windows are all high quality as is the build which has been done so very professionally so that the owners have enjoyed every comfort and it has been adapted to allow them to live on one floor. This leads us nicely to the reason they are selling. The house is simply not being used by them and they have decided to live with their daughter and her family on the coast as they are relatively elderly and have not used the upstairs bedrooms or terraces for quite a while.
I honestly don't know what else to say other than, importantly, due to its location it would be fairly easy for the property to be given a Tourist License and to be legally advertised on Booking.com and AirBnB.com as it has massive potential for a rental business with the town being very short of options and the hotel charging 82€ per night and being fully booked for the majority of the time as Sax has four, large successful businesses that attract business travelers frequently and is a town of great culture with an excellent infrastructure that means you can be on the beach in Alicante in around 35 minutes and at the Airport in 30-35 minutes.
At 130,000€ this is "a gift" and is priced to sell as the owners would like a quick sale. If you want a ¡n amazing house with your own space and the potential to run a successful AirBnB operation or just want a big beautiful house in the cultural heart of the superb town of Sax then you have to see this.
