The ranch sits on a plot of 18,861 m2 which is fully fenced and has stables, and multiple pens for training. The plot has mains water but doesn't have main electric although it is close by. The ranch is located just outside the city of Villena which is around 10 minutes drive away. The land used to have an old house with a total build size of around 400 m2 but the owner knocked it down and used it as a horse stable due to its poor condition. The land is located in a picturesque and quiet location in the countryside with many trails on which to ride the horses.
