About this Cave House
This quaint little cave house is only 5 minutes drive from the prosperous town of Pinoso. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, a small kitchen with a gas stove,1 bathroom, a lounge/dining room with a log burner for the winter and a small pantry. The property has just been rewired and represents great value.
Outside there is a decent sized patio area and a garage that has been converted in to another room which is being used as a storage/laundry room at this present time but could be converted in to another bedroom. There is a small piece of land to the side of the house as well with a few almond trees.
During the summer it is nice and cool inside the cave house and during the winter it retains the heat which is why cave houses are so popular in Spain.
The windows have mosquito netting, newly painted walls, benefits from mains water and electricity, TV and internet.
