This beautiful, traditional Spanish House was built circa 1859, it looks like the mayor's house and has a luxurious feel.
The renovation revealed beautiful exterior original stonework on the facade of the building and the wrought iron balconies were also Tastefully and professionally refurbished.
Many features were kept in the Interior, including the original staircase with original tiles and the original tiles in the upstairs bedrooms, as well as the original beautiful Spanish Doors.

The spacious fully fitted kitchen is new and houses Zanussi appliances, a state-of-the-art gas range cooker, also a further built-in electric fan oven with microwave. Granite worktops have been fitted and there are lots of good-quality cupboards.
The downstairs woodburning stove heats the whole house and there has been full airconditioning units/heaters fitted as part of the renovation in the kitchen and two of the main bedrooms as well as a brand new large gas boiler. Two bedrooms have retained their original tiles and the windows are double-glazed units with shutters and are in keeping with the house. On the upper floor, there is also an outside terrace which leads onto the courtyard, so great outside space.
The garage can house two cars although parking is easy outside and you could use the garage for a gym.
