About this Country House
This old bodega is aorund 200 years old and was one of the first buildings in this hamlet. It is located in Abanilla in a little hamlet called Frailes. Inside you will find all the equipment they would use to produce wine with big steel presses, holes in the ground where they would tread on the grapes, etc.
As you enter the main door you are welcomed by the old processing area followed by some stairs going up to the first floor where there are 3 rooms. A patio seperates the bodega where they kept the barrels of wine and the main house where they would process it. The bodega is a long building with a door leading out to the other street. This could be converted into a living space or a large garage. There is a large plot of land as you exit the bodega which is also included.
This is very much a project property as it has been relatively untouched since it was built but still maintains its rustic character.
The property has mains water but isnt connected and it doesn't have electricity but could be easily connected.
