We have never had anything at this price before. Obviously, a total reform in necessary to make this into a liveable house but it is a fantastic opportunity especially if you are capable of doing some of the work yourself. The house next door is for sale at 60,000€ which gives you some idea of the value of property in this lovely hamlet only eight minutes drive from Sax town centre and 40 minutes drive from Alicante Airport and beaches.
The front of the property, as can be seen from the photos, is in good condition and most of the exterior is stone built. The interior is a labyrinth of small rooms, seven or perhaps eight and there is an outside patio.

The views from the windows of the house are extraordinary as the hamlet is at the foot of the mountains.
