About this Villa
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, pantry, a big living room with high ceilings, a fireplace and a large window with some amazing views. If you like birdwatching, you could enjoy at least ten diferent species from the window. The house has underfloor heating which is perfect for those cold winter nights and isolated windows with thermal bridge break and security glass so there's no need for bars (rejas) on the outside.
The guest house has a built area of 55 m2 with a huge 4 x 1.8 m window to the front. This part of the property was built as a yoga/painting area but could be used as a guest house for family and friends as it has a new bathroom and kitchen. The large window looks out to some amazing views of the valley and the castle in the distance.
Inbetween the two houses there is a big 10x4 m swimming pool. 1 m in depth at the shallow end and 2 m at the deep end.
7000 m2 of the plot is fenced and surrounded with cypress trees for privacy and 3.000 m2 to the side which is not fenced that could be used for stables. Parking port for two cars, three dog kennels, chicken coops, (to enjoy fresh organic eggs), and another small building used for storage (bycicles/equipment/tools).
At dusk in summer you can imagine being in the Serengeti if you turn the olives in the distance into acacias. And behind the house there is group of three small mountains that are wonderful. Best place to hike for pleasure, even at night, as it is a peacefull area. The tarmac road ends up by the property and there are few neighbours, enough not to feel alone but with some distance to feel the exclusivity of the place.
