About this Villa

This lovely, well presented villa is located in the sought after Encebras valley and just 5 minutes drive to the well serviced town of Pinoso. It has recently been reduced by 30,000€ and represents excellent value for money for a detached villa with private pool.

The villa is accessed from a tarmac road via a private gravel driveway. Electric gates open up to the low maintenance garden grounds with dry stone walls and sympathetic planting.

The villa was built in 2008 with a turret design. There is a glazed conservatory which can have the doors and windows fully open during the warm summer months.
