This traditional Spanish country house is located in a small hamlet midway between the towns of Pinoso and Monovar.
The property of around 350m2 sits in a plot of just over 3000m2 and has good access from a tarmac road.
The house is over 100 years old and needs some reform including a new roof but it would make a large family home or bed and breakfast. At present on the ground floor there is a large garage or workshop, 2 sitting rooms, a kitchen, bathroom and 3 large bedrooms. Upstairs there is a further bedroom and 3 rooms which were originally used for animal feed and straw which could be made into more bedrooms. To the rear of the house is a large courtyard which currently has some old donkey stables and areas which are used to house pigeons and other livestock, there is also another bathroom in the courtyard.
