This plot of land  is located in the countryside between Elda and Sax.  It is situated in a quiet area and the terrain is completely flat.  The plot has 18,000 m2 on the deeds and is planted about 100 trees..  There is a little camping house on the plot of about 20 m2.  The house has a living room kitchen and a bathroom with a  shower. The property benefits from mains water but there is currently no mains electric.
