About this Country House
This charming country house is in the perfect location, situated only 5 minutes from Pinoso town and yet with beautiful mountain views. It is entered via an electric gate, just off a country road .
The house has an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen built in a rustic style. The living room has an open fireplace and a hot/cold air conditioning unit.
A short corridor leads to the two double bedrooms, one has a built in dressing room. There is a modern family bathroom with a walk in shower.
The outside space is very pretty, at the front of the house is a garden area with a tool shed and to the rear a large field with a variety of fruit trees. The facade at the rear of the house hasn't been rendered yet, but the owner is in the process of doing this.There is also an outside cloakroom with wc and sink and a utility room which houses the washing machine and water heater.
At the end of the garden is a large garage and another shed which was used for keeping hens.
